What ethical responsibilities does the artist have? Should Art be censored?

Regarding the statement, some people might say that artists should be responsible for ethical issues accompanied by their works since they are propagating a new idea to others through various forms of exhibitions. However, I believe there should not be any restriction applied to artists for the sake of the creative freedom. There are a couple of rationales behind this claim: respecting artists’ right and producing a variety of artworks.

First of all, every human being on this planet has a right to express his own thoughts and feelings. This condition does surely apply to artists as well. They have a right just like any others to produce anything that depicts what he sees and feels. While they are not forced to have any additional requirements in terms of ethics, it is mandatory for them to comply with the fundamental, essential ethical rules as a part of the human society. Some might argue that artworks can be used to
